• Jabberwocky Children's Bookshop - Jabberwocky has a history of commitment to young readers, schools and home educators throughout New Zealand.
• The Children's Bookshop - a privately owned independent specialist bookstore dedicated to providing the widest range of children's and young adult literature from New Zealand and around the world.
• Moby Dickens' - Specialists in quality books for children and young adults
• Romawi Books - Thousand's of children's books at very low prices.

Educational books/publishers

• Saluch Limited - Official distributor for Keda Cowling, British author of Toe by Toe, Stride Ahead and Stareway to Spelling. They provide lots of information for parents and teachers wanting to know about the books.
• Christian Education Services (CES) - A site suited to homeschoolers and they have products that are hard to find elsewhere.
• Learnex - They sell books that are hard to get in NZ. Suited to homeschoolers.

Adult reading
